Q: Can I request the same cleaner if I have regular bookings? - In most circumstances yes, except in cases of sickness or holiday leave.

Q: Are all your products environmentally friendly? - The majority of cleaning products that we use are as eco-friendly as we can find. In some circumstances it is only not possible when using the clients own materials at their request. We encourage eco-friendly cleaning wherever and whenever possible.

Q: What exactly is a Deep Spring Clean? - This is an in depth cleaning service where the whole property is cleaned top to bottom going further than conventional cleaning to bring your property back to it's cleanest and freshest. This type of service would suit those moving into a new home or an end of tenancy clean.

Q: What is your Environmental Policy? - Our policy is to reduce paper usage, increase recycling and reduce chemical usage wherever possible. All employees are made aware of this upon starting.

Q: Do you use sub-contractors? - We may use carefully selected businesses from time to time who will also be made aware of Eco-Friendly approach and ensure it is in place when other businesses are used.
